At Cameo, I was part of a brand refresh centered around developing a clear, fun, and real voice to all Cameo communications (customers and talent).

Email marketing

From seasonal marketing like International Women's Day to understanding our customers during the quarantine, our email campaigns helped retarget customers and encourage purchases. One insight I helped track was how our open rates increased when celebrity names were in the subject lines.

Through in-app education, we gave customers a fun and easy way to understand what Cameo is, and how to use it.

Whether on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, I provided copy for funny and engaging posts to drive growth, discovery, and reach. We turned off all paid ads starting in early February, but with our original content we grew significantly and organically in followers across all platforms.

Cameo Cares charity campaign

Cameo Cares was Cameo's first-ever live event, a 3-day livestream charity fundraiser for COVID-19. We raised over $725,000 and kept customers engaged thanks to emails and notifications like these!
